We are looking for a Lead Architect, to take a part of construction of a 4 Stars Hotel located in Ras Al Khaimah/UAE, of which will be a part of International Hotel Chain Group.
Job Description
-Coordinate and manage (design and execution phase of) architectural, structural and MEP drawings
-To superpose all relevant drawing data
-To prepare and coordinate architectural shop drawings
-To contact and coordinate different design teams and subcontractors
* To document, record and distribute all drawing data
* To produce shop drawing for site
* To produce as-built drawings with relevant other teams
* To quantity survey required project aspects
* To prepare basic tender package for suppliers/subcontractors
* To guide architects, draftsman and survey team
* To have sound knowledge of finishing works
* To have contractor background, hotel construction experience is preferred.
